Jagdeep Singh is an Indian professional basketball player who currently plays for the Indian national team and the Mumbai Heroes in the Indian Basketball League (IBL). Born in the city of Ludhiana in the Indian state of Punjab, Jagdeep fell in love with basketball at a young age and began playing the sport competitively in high school.
Jagdeep quickly showed a natural talent for basketball and was selected to represent his state at the national level. In 2011, he was signed by the Mumbai Heroes and made his debut in the IBL, the top professional basketball league in India. He quickly established himself as one of the league’s top players, and in 2016 he was named the IBL’s Most Valuable Player.
In addition to his club career, Jagdeep has also represented India at the international level. He made his debut for the national team in 2014 and has since gone on to play in numerous international competitions, including the Asian Games and the FIBA Asia Cup.
