Dheeraj Singh Moirangthem is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Goa in the Indian Super League. He gained fame for his performance at the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup. Dheeraj was born in Manipur, India on December 15, 1999.

He played football for his school and club teams before being selected to play for the Indian national under-17 team in 2016. Dheeraj made his professional debut for Indian Super League side, Kerala Blasters, in 2017 and went on to play for them in the 2018-19 season. In 2019, he moved to Goa.
